Racing Movie Night
  Friday 27th August is the Racing Movie night. Come along and be inspired by some big boats on some big oceans. '98 Hobart revisted and Americas Cup Multihulls as well as other fast and furious footage! Dining Room open from 18:00hrs. Please book for dinner.

IRC Measurement - more photos
  On Friday 19th July, 10 boats were measured for IRC or OMR (Multihulls)ratings. Bill Strangways assisted by Lisa Bettcher undertook the weighing and some hull measurements over a 10hr period. Sails and other measurements still need to be completed before Cerificates can be issued by the governing body. Yachting Australia assisted the financing of the crane minimising the participants costs.
8th Aug - Port Line Cup - Entry Form
  Two important changes from previous years.... Competitors must supply their own Division flag and entries must be sent direct to PASC. Please check the close by date. The NoR & Entry Form are available from the Racing Office or click the headline above to download them.....
SSSC - Safety & Sea Survival Course
  18 -19th September will be a SSSC at the Squadron. This 2 day course is for those who may wish to do a Category 1 or 2 Race (Sydney-Hobart or Melbourne to Hobart). Accreditation is for 5 years and is a recognised YA Course presented by a YA qualified trainer. Contact Lisa Bettcher-racing@squadron.asn.au. Numbers are limited.

Milestone Yachting Agreement
  The Commodores of Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia (CYCSA) and Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron (RSAYS) Geoff Catt and Caillin Howard have signed a watershed agreement that will provide young people with an enhanced opportunity to become involved in keelboat sailing and racing.
Senior First Aid Course @ RSAYS
  This Course will be run at RSAYS by the Australian Red Cross 7th / 8th August 2010 - $130
